We use Royal Mail Services to ship our orders, all orders will be 1st class tracked and signed and orders over £100 will have special delivery guaranteed.
We aim to send out orders within 3 working days and please allow 1-2 days for delivery. 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase from us, we will kindly offer you a refund for returned items or an exchange. Please notify us within 14 days from when you have received your items to arrange a return.  Please also email the reasons why you would like to return the item/s. We aim to refund withing 7 days of receiving the returned purchase. We will send you the full refund and cost of the returned postage once the items are back in the exact same condition that they were dispatched.

Please note that if the items are not returned in their original condition, we will then reserve the right to insist upon payment for the items.
